Steak and Cheese Eggrolls

Start off by cooking the steak meat first, then take it out of the pan. In that same pan, sauté the onions and peppers for 5 minutes. Add the steak meat back in along with all the spices (smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper) and cook everything together for another 4 to 5 minutes. Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool down completely. After the mixture has cooled down completely, start wrapping the eggrolls. Take one egg roll sheet, place provolone cheese on it, then add the steak mixture. Start rolling it, fold in the sides, and close the egg roll with some egg as the glue. Fry the eggrolls in oil until golden brown and enjoy.
